- No Downpayment = No secured Slot/s.
- Downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to others or proxy. CANNOT be used or overlap on other participant's remaining balance (1 downpayment=1 slot) and future/upcoming events of the host/tour organizer. We not allowed requests for Rescheduling once the slot/s are already confirmed in your specific tour date.
- The Host/s has the right to CANCEL the event if the required numbers of participants are not achieved AND due to Bad Weather condition or Force Majeur/Acts of God once declared by the tour organizer.
- The Host/Organizer has the right to announce 2 days before meet up whether if the tour will proceed or cancelled.
- Due to any reasons of a Backout participant/s with already confirmed downpayment for their slots are LIABLE to settle/charged the full tour fee or remaining balances because the slot/s is considered as SOLD!. ~ in Tagalog "Ano mang maging rason/dahilan ng isang participant/joiners na biglang magbabackout at nakapagsecure na ng downpayment sa kanilang slot/s ay obligasyon na isettle ang kanyang iiwanang slot dahil ito ay nai-konsidera na as SOLD!)
- TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

- No seat requests. The tour organizer will imply a seat plan according to the earliest or first senders of downpayment/reservation to be fair on other participants who are their pick up zones are far from Manila. Senior Citizens/PWDs are also priority in first row seats. (according to Republic Act 9994)
