Celebrate July 4th weekend at Rumbling Bald in Lake Lure, marking a significant summer for the community. Fireworks over the lake will return for the first time since restoration, anchoring a three-day July 4th Celebration with lakefront activities, live music, and family events. This year's festivities include the largest fireworks show yet, commemorating Lake Lure's return and the U.S' 250th Anniversary, featuring beach cookouts, live music, games, parades, and special events, culminating in a main fireworks display on Saturday night.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
FRIDAY, JULY 3RD
• 11am-8pm Beach Cookout
• 11am-2pm Self-Led Scavenger Hunt
• 3-5pm Paddleboard Jousting Tournament
• 6-9pm Concert on the Beach - The Pleasure Chest
• 8-9pm Beachside Marshmallow Roast (while supplies last)
• 9:30pm Movie on the Beach - JAWS!
SATURDAY, JULY 4TH
Wristbands are required and must be worn for beach access on Saturday, July 4th!
• 8-11am All you Can Eat Pancake Buffet at Legends on the Lake
• 10-11:30am Morning Games
• 11am-3pm Meet the Firefighters
• 11am-8pm Beach Cookout
• 12-7pm Face Painting at the Bandstand
• 1-2pm Foam Party on the Pavilion Lawn (Double Cannons)
• 2-3:30pm Afternoon Games
• Golf Cart Parade at 4pm. Please call the Bald Mountain Pro Shop to sign up at 828.694.3042.
• 6-8:30pm All-American Dinner on Terrace. Includes a buffet, cash bar, and private seating for fireworks. Price $60 (adults) / $20 (kids under 12). To RSVP, email [email protected].
• 7-10pm Limited Members Only Seating "VIP Deck" at Legends.
Includes Chef hors d'oeuvres and private seating for fireworks. Price $90/$115 with wine pairings (20-Person Limit). Additional food and beverages are available at menu pricing. To RSVP, email [email protected].

• 6-10am Hot Air Balloon Rides
• 10am-2pm "Hair of the Dog" Brunch Buffet
• 11am-4pm WNC Vendor Village

• 4pm Cornhole Tournament
