Leigha Heath is a mom of three, community advocate, and housing professional dedicated to helping families create opportunities for future generations. As a Manufactured Home Sales Professional with Factory Home Source, she helps homeowners throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties navigate the process of building ADUs, primary residences, fire rebuilds, and manufactured home replacements.

Leigha is also the Founder of Fundough, a nonprofit organization that brings businesses and communities together through partnerships that support local causes and strengthen local economies. Her passion is building community—both through creating housing solutions that change lives and through fostering meaningful connections that help people thrive. Through her work, Leigha is committed to making homeownership, community impact, and economic opportunity more accessible for families across California.
