Join Us for the July 100 Who Care Ellis County Giving Event!
Curious about 100 Who Care? Looking for a simple way to make a big impact in our community? We invite both members and interested guests to join us on Monday, July 21 at 6:00 PM at the Sternberg Museum.
At this quarter’s giving event, we’ll hear presentations from three outstanding local organizations:
🏡 CASA of the High Plains, Hays, KS – CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) trains volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children involved in the court system due to abuse or neglect.
🤝 Community Assistance Center (CAC) – The CAC provides food assistance, clothing, household items, scholarships for young parents, and other resources that help local individuals and families navigate difficult times.
🧠 A Different Mindset Association– This organization works to increase awareness and education about dementia-related diagnoses while connecting caregivers and families with valuable support and resources.
🍿 Refreshments will be provided by Popt Gourmet Popcorn.
We will also hear from Feeding Hays about how our April gift impacted the work they do to alleviate food insecurity through meals, resources, and education.
