July 19 Fascia Release + Sound Bath Reconnection Reset

We begin with gentle, targeted myofascial release techniques to melt away tension, hydrate connective tissues, and improve mobility. The physical practice seamlessly transitions into a few restorative yoga poses followed by a sound bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and chimes wash over you to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep meditative relaxation.
