Reconnection Reset: Free Outdoor Yoga on the Pool Deck
Saturdays, 7:00–8:00 AM | The Westin Denver Downtown

• You don't need a mat, a membership, or any experience. You just need to show up.
• Every Saturday morning in July and August, we gather on the pool deck at the Westin Hotel with mountain views and open sky.
• Sixty minutes of guided yoga that meets you exactly where you are. It's a practice for your whole life including your body, mind and spirit.

It's a practice for your whole life, not just your body. We call it Reconnection Reset because it gives you one hour to come back to yourself before the week takes over again.

Enjoy the movement of the body, the stillness you can create in your mind, and a community of people choosing to reset together.

What to expect:

Guided movement, breathwork, and a short meditation.

Accessible to complete beginners.
