What to expect to learn from the day:
What is the 'Kind Hands' philosophy and how it can be a game changer to your grooming business.
Canine Anatomical structure - what to touch and how to handle, as well as what not to touch!
Skin and Coat - what makes dogs different and how to get the best results, including understanding products and how to select the best options for your groom.
The day is for all groomers, we guarantee that there are lightbulb moments however long you have been grooming.
Julie champions the benefits of strong theory knowledge to better understand the physiology and body language of the dog on your table. With this understanding, you will avoid escalation of behaviour and enjoy a harmonious relationship with the dogs you groom.
Timings:
The day will run from 9:00 to 4:00. There will be a lunch break around 12:00 - 1:00.
Refreshments:
Tea and coffee are included in the ticket price and will be available throughout the day.
Lunch is not included in the ticket price, the hotel can provide a variety of lunch options and nearer the time we will contact ticket holders to take lunch orders so your food can be available during our lunch break. There is no obligation to book if you prefer to bring your own lunch.
Parking:
Free parking at the hotel is available. There is a regular shuttle to the airport which is 10 minutes away.
Accommodation:
