Juko-Ryu Toide is part of a rich history and heritage that goes back through our founder, Soke R. Sacharnoski, to Soke Shian Toma, then to Seikichi Uehara the successor to the art which derived from the Motobu Family of Okinawa.This system focuses on its traditional roots of combat and does its best to stay true to its origins and yhe way it was taught and what it was trained in for.
This is NOT your basic, common, everyday martial art. There is no sport aspect of Toide. It is 100% about stopping your attacker as quickly & effectively as you can. No playing around, no fancy fluff, just get it done!
Toide will focus on hand to hand, Joint Locking, takedowns, throwing, & weapons
This 2 part clinic will start with the Basics on day/part 1. Saturday is all about helping those who are new to learn, grow, and be able to take part in Sundays part 2. Starting with basic breakfalls, striking, movement, basic locks & first basic throws
On Sunday we will advance those who went through day 1 and will focus more on helping those who are more advanced in the system also.
Saturday, Oct 19th: 12pm to 4pm
Sunday, Oct 20th: 1pm to 5pm
Cost: $125 for both days (8hours of training)
$85 For 1 day only.
If NEW, you must start with Part 1 before you can attend Part 2.
Those with Sankyu or higher rank can attend Part 2 without Part 1, BUT! it is highly recommended to attend both!
