Locked in her room with nothing but the greatest hits of the 90s and the will to seduce, this teen will not stop until she gets what she wants… or finds what she needs.
Called “PEN15 before there was PEN15” and “the best clowning I’ve ever seen,” by audiences, JUICEBOX is an outrageously funny, deeply reverent homage to a time that every adult has somehow survived, despite the hormones that nearly took us out. Anne Zander (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent “master of physical comedy”* and clown on a mission to shine laughter into the dark corners of the human experience. After an award-winning tour of her critically-acclaimed postpartum comedy, MOTHER, Zander brings JUICEBOX (Official Selection 2020: Chicago Sketchfest, HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival) back to the Portland stage by popular demand.
