Join us with Marquise Tavares-Silva for a great Daytime Workshop on Basic Juicing Hacks for Beginners!
"With this foundational juicing workshop, my hope is that you walk away with an understanding of how to utilize juice to support your body during different seasons (sickness, mineral deficiencies, etc.) through proper ingredient pairing, understanding the benefits of juicing to enhance your health and well-being, as well as the confidence to prepare juice from your own home with the equipment you may already have on hand!
During this workshop, we will prepare two main juice recipes together, along with a tried-and-true ginger shot recipe (that will be the perfect balance of sweetness and spice), as well as a take-home mini guidebook recapping the tips and tricks of juicing, so you can get started juicing from home right away!
Fresh-pressed juice can be an amazing addition to one's lifestyle (aside from it being so tasty!), and I am excited to guide you through the process."
