Mother's Highway Junction formed in 2018 and has kept it's original line-up since that time. They are "the World's First and Only Original Folk Power Trio." The band's work is based on Miller's original songwriting, which ranges in forms from folk to country to country blues to blues to rock to spoken word. John Kidd contributes harmonica and vocals, and bassist Bob Hamel provides the band's foundation. Miller is active in several musical communities across the state, and in 2023 was awarded an artist fellowship from the Delaware Division of the Arts.
