Sprint Triathlon (Adults 18+)
Individual and Relay Team Options
8:00am - 10:00am
- Indoor Swim: 500 yards (20 lengths)
- Indoor Cycle: 5 miles
- Outside Run: 1.5 miles
Individual:
One person completes all three competition areas from the indoor pool to indoor cycle bikes to the outdoor neighborhood run. Contact us about getting a training plan!
Individual Price: $60 | JCC Members: $50
Relay Team:
Complete the sprint tri with friends! Teams can be of 2 or 3 people to work together to complete the tri. One person completes one of the three competition areas from the indoor pool to indoor cycle bikes to the outdoor neighborhood run. Each team member should complete their own registration. We will then contact you to confirm your teammates.
Relay Team Price: $40 | JCC Members: $30

Dip N Dash (Kids and Families)
Swim and Run/Walk (Strollers Welcome)
10:30am - 12:00pm
- 6 Years & Under: 25 yards, 1 length (kickboards welcome) + ¼ mile run
- 7 & 8 Years: 50 yards, 2 lengths (no assistance) + ½ mile run
- 9 & 10 Years: 100 yards, 4 lengths (no assistance) + ¾ mile run
- 11+ Years: 200 yards, 8 lengths (no assistance) + 1 mile run
Please register each participant competing in the combination swim and run. If you are competing as a family (one person swimming and one running/walking) only one registration is needed for the family team. We will keep time, but this day is all about fun and accomplishing goals!
