JSSA is proud to host its third annual Family Wellness Day, a free community event focused on promoting the health and well-being of families across the region.
Held on Sunday, September 7 from 1–4 p.m. at Bohrer Park in Gaithersburg, Family Wellness Day brings together local businesses and community partners for an afternoon filled with engaging activities, helpful resources, and opportunities to connect.
Families are invited to explore more than 40 interactive booths offering practical tools to support children’s mental and physical health and strengthen family resilience. In addition to valuable wellness information, the event will feature:
• Arts and crafts
• Live music and performances
• A petting zoo
• Lawn games and sports activities
• Inflatables and face painting
All activities are free and open to the public, and there is something for every member of the family to enjoy.
Attendees who register in advance at www.jssa.org/familyday will receive a special gift at the event, while supplies last.
