Joliet Neighborhood Services plays a key role in the City’s rental inspection program, neighborhood enforcement efforts, vacant property oversight, and other housing-related initiatives.
Joe will be discussing current rules and regulations, sharing updates on how the program is progressing, and helping landlords and investors better understand what to expect moving forward.
