JR Richards, Original Singer Dishwalla - Live Acoustic Show "The266 Garden Party"

JR began his career as the lead singer of the alternative rock band Dishwalla who released their debut album Pet Your Friends in 1995. The album scored Dishwalla a #1 hit in 1996 with the Richards-penned "Counting Blue Cars ()". The song is well known for its lyrics, "Tell me all your thoughts on God, 'cause I'd really like to meet Her". Richards won a Billboard Music Award for Top Mainstream Rock Track of the Year. Along with one Gold Single and two Gold and Platinum albums, JR also won two ASCAP Awards for both having the Most Performed Song of The Year! JR still tours internationally - and we are fortunate to have him for a private event here in The266 Garden! JR will be playing songs from Dishwalla, solo material and songs from his all covers album "Under The Cover". The seating outside in our garden is limited to 100 spots. Enjoy this special summer evening under the towering oak trees with an awesome view of the St Paul Cathedral while enjoying the sounds of JR; truly an intimate musical experience you'll never forget!
6pm - 7pm - The Garden Opens with a Social Hour. You bring your lawn chair and drinks - we'll provide the Burgers and Hotdogs and fixings!
7pm - 9pm - The Show!
