Joyful Journeys: Year-End Wellness Celebration

 Ending the year on a high note, this retreat celebrates wellness achievements and may include festive activities such as a holiday crafts workshop and seasonal refreshments.

Activities: Reflective meditation sessions, goal-setting workshops, crafts activity where participants can make holiday gift boxes featuring Black-owned products like custom tea blends, handmade candles, paintings, hot apple cider and cocoa, celebration dinners, community sharing circles.
