Joyful Jitterbugs is a joyful, inclusive, and developmentally supportive music program designed for children ages 3-7 and their caregivers. Created by experienced educators and child development specialists, the class combines music, movement, play, and connection to support early learning and social development in a warm, welcoming environment in Tim’s Kitchen at Wakeman Town Farm

Program Features
Each 45-minute session may include:

- Instrument play – rhythm sticks, shakers, bells, drums, and more

- Singing and vocal play – classic children’s songs and original compositions

- Movement and dancing – large and small motor activities to music

- Games and group activities – promoting turn-taking, cooperation, and joy

- Story time with music – enhancing early literacy and imagination

All activities are grounded in child development principles and are adaptable to meet a wide range of sensory, communication, and motor needs. Caregivers actively participate, building connections and reinforcing skills beyond the classroom.
