The New Year brings motivation, fresh routines, and ambitious fitness goals. But it also brings confusion, pressure, and commitment to big changes. Diet culture, online misinformation, and conflicting “rules” can leave even the most motivated runners, gym goers, and fitness fans feeling overwhelmed, guilty, or unsure how to fuel properly.
Join us for a practical, research driven, and empowering live workshop on how to fuel your training without the stress.
Hosted by Dr Marcus Bull and Charlie Allnutt from The Mood Booster, alongside James Brash, Registered Dietitian and founder of Brash Nutrition, this interactive session blends psychology, nutrition science, and lived fitness experience to cut through the noise and help you create healthier, more balanced, and more joyful eating habits in 2026.
