Dust off your cowboy boots and pull out your best western gear, it’s time for the Joybound Hoedown! On Friday, October 24, 2025, from 5:30 to 9:30 PM, Joybound will transform its Walnut Creek campus into a festive country celebration filled with music, dancing, delicious food, and plenty of fun.
Kick off the evening with a delicious BBQ dinner from Hazy BBQ, featuring a mouthwatering menu with vegetarian and vegan options. Enjoy live music by Gunpowder & Lace who will be providing an epic soundtrack of great country tunes. Professional dance instructors from Crossroads Dancing will lead line dancing, so whether you are a seasoned two-stepper or a total beginner, you will be ready to kick up your heels.
Mingle with the Pet Hug Pack and learn more about adorable adoptable animals who are looking for their new home. Feeling competitive? Try your luck at the crowd-favorite Bottle “Collar” Toss for a playful twist on classic carnival fun and join our raffle for a chance to win some exciting prizes!
No hoedown would be complete without plenty of refreshments, and your ticket includes beer, wine, sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. For beer enthusiasts, the DOZE Home Brewers Club will host a special station pouring their craft creations. To keep your energy up between songs, enjoy a Popcorn Bar by Peter’s Kettle Corn and don’t forget to save room for a decadent spread of desserts from Glass Slipper Gourmet!
