Your weekly dose of joy, silliness and seriously good dancing right near the waterfront at Hove Lagoon.Easy-to-follow routines to the best pop and dance music, loads of nostalgia, big energy and all the joy. No experience needed. All bodies, all levels, all welcome.
We’re outside at the Lagoon from this week - fresh air, sea breeze, good vibes.
If the weather’s being dramatic, we head inside to Vida Active in Hove instead. We’ll always let you know!
Little ones are welcome along - this isn’t a class designed specifically for mums and babies, it’s just a really fun dance class that you can absolutely bring your kids/little ones to if you need/want to. Some people do, some don’t , it works either way.
