Joy Lab: Treasures of the Heart
About this Event
Every family has stories worth remembering, dreams worth nurturing, and moments of love worth holding onto.
In this heart-centered and creative workshop, families will create both individual treasure boxes and a shared Treasures of the Heart box—a sacred space to hold the things that matter most: cherished memories, words of encouragement, hopes for the future, reminders of love, and meaningful keepsakes that celebrate their family's unique story.
Through art, storytelling, mindfulness, and playful reflection, participants will create appreciation cards to celebrate joyful moments, comfort cards to offer encouragement during difficult times, dream cards to inspire future adventures, and simple family rituals that can be returned to again and again. Together, we'll explore what we treasure most, what sustains us through life's challenges, and what hopes and traditions we wish to carry forward.
Families will leave with beautiful keepsakes and heartfelt traditions—a living reminder of the love, hope, and belonging they share.
