Joy Jar Workshop an Expressive Art Experience

In this expressive art workshop, you will be tapping into your joy while exploring who it is you want to become. What future dreams do you have for yourself? What habits do you need to embody to get there? How can you have fun along the way? By creating this joy jar, you’ll go home with a physical reminder for continued inspiration. Something that will give you positive reinforcement to keep going after your dreams from a place of joy, gratitude, and wonder.
Please join us! This creative event will be guided by by Kelsey Morgan, a Registered Art Therapist and Somatic Practitioner. She sees individual clients through her private practice, Creating Light. It is her passion to teach people how to love and liberate themselves from their depths through creative expression!
