JOY! A free house music dance party

JOY is a monthly community celebration of dance music hosted by Jenene & Jesse C at Roundhead Brewing Company (September - May) where people gather to dance and enjoy good food and drinks together: Cerveza Que Reúne. Residents Jenene & Jesse C (JC2) play deep, afro, latin, jazzy, classic, soul, underground house grooves in the spacious community room. AND... we are so excited to punctuate our indoor season with special guest dj Susan Esthera with a live performance by the great Miranda Nicole!

JOY is a family-friendly, intergenerational, intersectional, community event. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied at all times by an adult family member. Disrespect or discrimination is not tolerated. We dance with the music to be free and embrace joy.

Roundhead Brewing serves a variety of brews made onsite, empanadas by Chiqui's Kitchen, pizza and much more. It is located nestled in the back of the Westinghouse industrial building complex in Hyde Park.
