Embark on a transformative sound journey that invites you to explore the infinite depths of your being and experience expanded states of consciousness. Guided by the light of sound, we will traverse the inner landscapes, tapping into the stillness within.
This session features a special guest, Jonathan Gutierrez, who will join us in co-creating a special Somatically embodied sound journey. Jonathan is skilled in guiding folks deep into their bodies’ by using mindfulness and visualization. With support from the beautiful sound vibrations resonating through your body, Jonathan will flow with the music and gently direct you to stay deep in your embodied experience. An example of this could be, “What emotions are arising from this deep drumming?” “Where do you feel that in your body?” “Can you allow yourself to drop into the sensations of the music and just breathe and be with it?” “What is truly alive in your body right now?”. This guidance will support you in staying present and connected to how the sounds are impacting your emotional and energetic bodies and allow you to harmonize and integrate any healing that comes. Jonathan will close with a deep full-body relaxation meditation to allow the journey to softly land.
Jonathan Gutierrez is an experienced Somatic and Mindfulness coach and facilitator. In Jonathan’s work, his focus is to create deep presence, self-kindness, and openness in the spaces that he facilitates. As a Somatic coach, his work is to support people in connecting somatically to their body’s wisdom, to be present with whatever arises, creating ease and expansiveness in their lives. His own transformation through work with men has led him to have a passion for helping men connect vulnerability to each other and eventually open up in all aspects of their lives. Some of his identities include Filipino, Cuban, Queer, male, meditator, rock climber, and movement and flow enthusiast.
Kati Astraeir is a mystical and visionary artist, sound healer, musician, gatekeeper, world-bridger & inter-dimensional guide.
She offers herself in service as a vessel, holding the space, and guiding you through your inner realms, using her voice & many different instruments.
