Join Sierra, JourneyDance™ Facilitator, in the merging of her heart-work with horses and dance. Get out of your mind and drop into your body. Come into “horse-time.” Freedom, self expression, grounding, senses awakened, release, emotion – these are the gifts that are waiting for you when you come home to yourself. The dance with horses
calls for present moment awareness to be with the sentient teachers. To listen, allow, and receive. There will be guided and free movement.
No dance or horse experience is required. Wear closed toe shoes that are comfortable to move in. Clothing that allows for movement and outdoor climate. It will take place under our covered arena.
Bring water, a journal, and willingness to be your authentic self.
Hot tea and other delights will be offered.
