Joni describes it as helping her personally move through many deep layers of personal growth, releasing so many old stories that no longer served, and accessing true areas of bliss. It is an incredibly fun modality, mixing heart and the physical connection to our own bodies, helping us to embrace and accept ourselves and our bodies in ways we may never would have previously imagined.
