Journey Year 12

Come join the fun as we celebrate 12 years of CrossFit Odyssey. We're hosting a fun competition to challenge your fitness and teamwork skills. This will be a coed partner competition. If you don't have one, we can find you one. We will have the RX division and the scaled division. So, yes, you can compete with someone from the gym or come with a friend. Proceeds and donations will go to help with Kerr County Relief Fund. So sign up and come celebrate life and lives lost with us, doing something hard followed by something fun.

3 Workouts to test you in 2 divisions

Rx and Scaled( for all ages)

Movements will consist of rowing, lunges, ring rows, box step-overs, and deadlifts, and maybe more who knows. Guess you'll have to come and find out.

Workouts will be designed for max participation.

So don't be afraid to bring a family member or a friend to compete.

The primary purpose of this event is to raise funds for families in need. This is a great cause. You don't have to compete to donate. Just make a note so we can determine if you want to participate or just donate
