Journey with Kate Wright Yoga Nidra

I will open the doors for one night only.

A night of 1 one-hour taster session with some of the welling journey on offer at Kate Wright Yoga Nidra.

My regular sessions that run regularly are 2 hrs sessions

The taster is only 1 hour; you will only get part of the experience, but it is a good taster of what to expect for the more extended session you will book.

The Session will be held inside on April, Wednesday 25th

Sidney Walter Centre Sussex Road, Worthing BN111DS,

in the back BUILDING. BACK of car park ANENX, there is parking at the venue

There are three sessions throughout the Night.

You can book individual sessions or all three at a discounted rate,

All sessions are on the floor, lying down; you must bring your yoga mat, bedding to make a nest, blanket pillow, and eye mask, although I supply some equipment. Please let me know what you will need.

Nights running order.

The Doors Open for the first session at 5:45 pm.

There are 15-minute changeovers between sessions and 15-minute breaks between sessions, so please move slowly and quietly, as some people will choose to stay in the nest,

After the event, we will send out a feedback form.

The practice is to be entered with an open mind. We are all Busy Human beings; there is a chance to stop and BE inside your body and not your mind, giving your mind a chance to process, reset and connect with a deep level of knowing your true self,

you may see, hear, or feel things, you may feel emotion after a session, and so the healing beings, for your mind, body and soul,

6–7 pm

The Art of Yoga Nidra, tracing body parts, and Session were your attached go,s your engine will flow,

7.15–8.15 pm

Lead by Kate Wright

Shamanic drum journey to the lower world for spirit animals and Guild

Lead with some music and Kate in the Drum and shaker.

8.30.9.30pm

The sound of Nidra is a calibration between Kate and Shelly

Shell Bell is a training sound bowl therapy.

Kate Wright leading the voice-over for the sound of Nidra,

Each Session is £10 for each OR book; the fee is £25 for the Night.

Each practice is Unic and has benefits for well-being and deep spiritual healing,

From Jan to May, the Sessions are held inside,

From May to December, they are held outside;
