Using music evoked imagery and free drawing mandalas we will explore 1 issue that is most on your mind. In a meditative state with specially chosen music you will bypass the thinking and analytical mind to shift deeper into the unconscious 3 times. Gain insight and guidance in this short workshop.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow.
