What does it mean to live with an open heart? How can we navigate life’s challenges while staying connected to love?
Join us for our Journey to the Heart day retreat, where we’ll explore the heart of Tantra and the strength that lies in living with an open heart.
This day retreat is for you if you:
- Are interested in exploring the principles of Tantra
- Desire to feel alive and joyful
- Are looking to cultivate openness and trust in your live
- Want to transform past hurts and old wounds to feel more love
- Feel curious about developing heart-centred communication with the people around you
- Desire to bring tantric practices for heart connection into your relationships
Led by Laura and Patrick, this day retreat includes:
- Tantric meditations for grounding and heart-centred awareness
- Somatic movement to connect body and emotion
- Breathwork to release emotional and energetic blockages from the heart space
- Conscious relating practices for deeper, authentic communication
- Heart connection exercises to build trust and openness
The Journey to the Heart day retreat is open to everyone, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with yourself and others, no matter your level of experience. You can join as a couple and choose to do the partnered exercises with your partner or you can come as a single and meet other kind souls who are on a similar path than you. Some activities are intimate however fully clothed and can include soft and caring touch if you choose so. Everything is an invitation and we celebrate you if you choose to stay out of an exercise as much as we celebrate you for leaning into a new experience.
