Join Me for Journey to the Center of the Heart: A 4-Week Transformative Series
Are you ready to embrace the power of true self-discovery and deep inner healing? I invite you to embark on Journey to the Center of the Heart, a 4-week exploration of the body’s seven major energy centers and their profound impact on your life.
When: Tuesdays in October - Oct 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th
Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: Thrive Integrative Medicine
Over the course of these four weeks, we will dive into the energy centers that shape your emotions, perceptions, creativity, and connection to the world. Each session will include guided meditation, sound bath healing, and reflective journaling, all designed to help you restore balance, clarity, and well-being.
Here’s what we’ll explore each week:
October 8th: Root & Crown Chakras
Discover the essential connections that ground us to the Earth and elevate our spirit. By harmonizing these energies within the heart, we create a sense of "heaven on earth" within ourselves and prepare to dive deeper into the other chakras.
October 15th: Sacral Chakra & Third Eye
Uncover core emotional wounds and explore how they shape your world perception. Through this exploration, you’ll gain insight and healing, transforming your emotional landscape while boosting creativity.
October 22nd: Solar Plexus & Throat Chakras
Focus on your personal power and how you express your true desires. Learn how aligning these chakras can empower you to manifest and communicate what you truly want to create in your life.
October 29th: Heart Chakra
Our final session will bring everything together as we anchor all the energies within the heart. This integration will allow you to experience unconditional self-love and compassion for the world around you, creating deep inner peace and connection.
What to bring:
I’ll be guiding you through deep meditations using my crystal singing bowls, so comfort is key. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring something cozy if you’d like. All you really need is water, a journal, and an open, curious heart.
