Facilitated by Melissa Cantu, Certified Life Coach, 200hr Yoga Teacher Certified, 100hr Meditation Teacher & Practitioner, Sound Therapy & Sound Healing certification with over 22 years as a full time working mom coaching and mentoring leaders and business owners.
During the 7 hour journey you will be introduced to other teachers and healers to help provide different tools to open your heart, relax your body, soften the mind and nourish your soul.
