Join Soda Zelene for this 5-week series designed to help you build a stronger, more supportive relationship with your body through breath, alignment, mindful movement, and body awareness.
Through the Restore Your Core® method, you'll learn how everyday movement patterns impact strength, stability, balance, and overall well-being. This gentle, beginner-friendly series focuses on improving core and pelvic floor function while helping you move with greater ease and confidence.
This series may be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing:
• Core weakness or instability
• Back, hip, or pelvic discomfort
• Pelvic floor concerns
• Incontinence or leaking
• Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
• Poor posture or balance concerns
• Chronic tension related to stress
