Journey to Eden: Guided Meditation - Sound Immersion

Discover your inner Eden through a visually guided sound meditation. Sound has been used for thousands of years for healing and assists with meditation in journeying through our subconscious. This Guided Sound Meditation will take you on a journey through rediscovering the lost paradise within you. Your inner Eden is a place of peace, serenity, healing and a place to seek guidance. The meditation will be accompanied by a variety of healing instruments including gongs, singing bowls, drums, and song. There will be use of sacred smoke and oils to bless and clear the space for our inner journey.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before the start time of the class.

Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the class. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows or late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the class.
