Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience at journey to Dreamland. I have been twice now. Honestly, it is so magical with the sound healing and guided journey and meditation that Hugo takes us on. Sometimes we are guided to swim and fly and really I was able to let go of stress and fears in a way that was fun and calming. I'm really lucky to participate in these meditations and honestly you have to come and experience it for yourself.
