This is a guided 2-hour workshop where we will journey through each of the body's traditional 7 chakras.
Therapeutics utilized will include:
- Chakra Education
- Qigong
- Somatic movement & Dance
- Nervous system support
- Breathwork
- Guided imagery
- Gentle, beginner yoga asanas

Sarah Sue holds a passion for teaching & facilitating, and has been doing so for 20+ years. In this workshop, she weaves together some of her favorite & most powerful medicines into a therapeutic, healing journey of exploration, self-care & love.
Sarah Sue holds a doctorate in naturopathic medicine from
Bastry University and has been caring for patients & clients for 13+ years. She is currently accepting new clients in her practice, Journey Home Healing, here Spearfish, SD.
