Discover the wisdom of the Taoist Five Element Qigong practice through a 5-week journey designed to help you cultivate balance, vitality, and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Each week focuses on one of the Five Elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth, and explores their connection to the body, emotions, and energetic health.
Through gentle Qigong forms, standing postures, breath work, and guided meditation, participants will learn how to release tension and cultivate resilience in daily life. Each class also incorporates a yin or restorative yoga pose to help integrate our Qigong practice.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1: Metal: Clarity, letting go, breath, and lung energy
�Week 2: Water: Wisdom, restoration, courage, and kidney energy�
Week 3: Wood: Growth, vision, flexibility, and liver energy
�Week 4: Fire: Joy, connection, vitality, and heart energy�
Week 5: Earth: Stability, nourishment, grounding, and spleen energy
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this series offers a supportive environment to deepen your understanding of Qigong practices while cultivating greater health, balance, and well-being. No prior experience is necessary. Movements can be adapted to different fitness levels and abilities.
Participants are welcome to join the full 5-week series or drop in to a single class.
Cost: $75 for entire course or $18 drop-in
