Journey Through the 7C's - Foundational Leadership Training Experience

Purpose:

Transformational leadership development program that guides you through a journey of self-discovery to identify strengths, enhance relationships and increase self-awareness to become a more impactful and high-performance leader.

7C's Foundational Leadership Curriculum:

1. CLARITY: Reflect on your leadership journey and define personal core values.

2. CONNECT: Create a vision statement to direct your leadership brand story.

3. CULTIVATE: Understand your natural behaviors and develop a relationship strategy.

4. CARE: Incorporate a self-care plan to ensure a healthy and balanced future.

5. CHALLENGE: Implement feedback and coaching model to drive team performance and build trust.

6. CONTROL: Increase self-awareness to support your leadership brand and perception

7. CRAFT: Create an action plan to measure success to achieve goals and objectives.

7C's Training Agenda:

Day 1: October 29th:

• 8:00am – Welcome + Registration
• 9:00am – 3:30pm 7C's Journey Begins (lunch provided)
• 4:00pm – Wrap-up + Feedback

Day 2: October 30th:

• 8:00am – Welcome Back + Take-Aways
• 8:30am – 12:30pm 7C's Journey Continues
• 1pm – Wrap-up Program Concludes
