Participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes; promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. We will spend our time together learning about the sound bath, followed by participating in one. Jenny Labalestra is a Reiki Master and Sound Bath practitioner who practices out of Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in Falcon Heights.
