Come join us on Friday 5th December, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Karma Coast for an evening of peace, calm, deep healing and warmth with musician and sound artist Nick Able.

Journey Inward: Immersive Audio Voyage

This sound journey will take you on a global trip beginning in India, travelling over to the Middle East and then across to Iceland closing up way up in the clouds making you feel like you’ve been wrapped up in cotton wool.

Embedded within is the Schumann Resonance of 7.83hz (the earth’s heartbeat) which will ground you and protect your aura as well as AMSR triggers to welcome calm a feeling of comfort with binaural beats and rhythmic induction to induce you into a super relaxed and blissful state.

The event will be a 90 minute live performance in immersive audio with live sitar, 7-string electric, acoustic and double neck guitar and a collection of analog synthesisers!

Nick Able from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK is a virtuoso guitarist, sitarist and multi instrumentalist, composer, educator and performing musician of over two decades, praised for his musical talent as a teenager by local stars Sting and Mark Knopfler. Nick was a student and disciple of the great, late Pandit Ravi Shankar where he lived and breathed music under the guidance of his Guru whilst living at the Shankar’s Residence’s in New Delhi, India and Encinitas, California in the Guru shishya parampara tradition and received 10 years of training on the sitar as well as travelling and touring across the world accompanying his Guru and his daughter Anoushka in concerts globally.

He has performed at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, London, Carnegie Hall, NYC, Sydney Opera House, Australia, The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, The National Concert Hall, Taipei, Taiwan, Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi as well as headlining festivals WOMAD, Reading UK, The Sacred World Music Festival, Fes Morocco, and many private events including those for ROLEX in Geneva and Verbier, United Nations, NYC, for various charities such as The Elephant Foundation and PETA to name a few.

Nick became a member of the Anoushka Shankar Ensemble in 2006 performing ‘live electronics’ touring internationally on her ‘Rise’ tour, her album which was nominated for a grammy award and has accompanied Anoushka in concerts globally for 21 years, most recently at the Elbphilharomonie, Hamburg Germany, The Philharmonie de Paris and the Ravi Shankar Centenary Concert at the Royal Festival Hall in London with guests, Dhani Harrison, John McLaughlin and Nitin Sawhney.

After more than 10 years working in online music education and the internet, Nick is re-emerging into music after a dark period with a unique sound medicine and sound healing aspect to his work following years of frequency meditation and linking this back to his years learning from the great Pandit Ravi Shankar and the deep healing powers of music.

Nick will release his first solo album in early 2026 ॐ
