During Level Two, your deeper and more rigorous work begins. You will expand your capacity to teach Journey Into Power, embody True North Alignment, lead groups with confidence, and transform what has been holding you back in your practice, your teaching, and your life.

## What You’ll Experience
Over five immersive days, you’ll engage in:
**Daily yoga practice**
Deepen your understanding of the Journey Into Power sequence and the Baptiste Methodology through direct physical practice.
**Practice teaching sessions**
Step into real-time teaching practice with feedback, coaching, and support so you can speak and lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
**Meditation**
Build presence, focus, and the discipline to stay centered and in powerful action — no matter the environment.
**Inquiry and group work**
Separate story from reality, use language as a tool for empowerment, and discover where old limitations have been blocking your fullest expression.

**Daily Schedule:** Approximately 8:30 AM–9:00 PM, with breaks
**Prerequisite:** Must have completed Level One
**Certification:** 100 hours toward certification; full participation required
