Journey Into Mastery: Level Two

JOURNEY INTO MASTERY is a 5-day in-person training designed to support you in unlocking and up-leveling your ability to lead and teach from the Baptiste Methodology.
You will gain the tools to take your teaching, practice, and life to new heights of fulfillment, accomplishment and contribution.
This is your opportunity to take your next big step toward becoming an effective and fully expressed leader-teacher of groups. You will enter an entirely new level as a confident teacher and leader who owns the classroom environment and creates impactful results.
During Level Two: Journey Into Mastery, your deeper, more rigorous, and most fulfilling work begins. You will gain the power to create deep authentic community and BELONGING wherever and whenever you teach… relearning that you are one OF many, not one IN many.

Level Two is structured to meet these core goals:

In 5 Days, You Will:
Eradicate limitations blocking your purpose
Break self-judgment barriers
Discover your authentic voice
Embody presence and power in any room
Learn to inspire with your voice, posture, and presence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Daily Schedule:
1–2 yoga practices
Practice teaching sessions
Meditation, inquiry, and group discussions

Physical Practice: Learn proper form, mechanics, and alignment. Receive corrections and translate teaching skills into life skills.
Experiential Objectives Through Asana Workshops:
Build poses from the ground up
Experience & teach True North Alignment
Apply cues for enhanced movement and leadership

DAILY PRACTICE:
Learn True North Alignment through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Scale for all levels. Conduct impactful Baptiste Power Yoga classes.
MEDITATION:
Practice presence. Break through mental drift. Build the discipline to be calm, centered, and in powerful action—no matter the environment.
INQUIRY:
Engage in talkshops and inquiry exercises. Separate story from experience. Use language as a tool for empowerment.
PRACTICE TEACH:
Live classroom experience with observable feedback. Speak and lead with clarity and impact. Integrate the Baptiste Methodology through embodied teaching.
CERTIFICATION REQUISITES
100 Hours toward Certification
Full participation required: 8:30 AM–9:00 PM daily
