C'est une séance de 1h30 qui propose une approche nouvelle : un mélange de danse, de relaxation et de conscience intérieure. C’est une expérience énergétique, relaxante et somatique, . L'utilisation de la formule RagaPop pour une approche accessible et ouverte à tous les niveaux.

ACT III

Un voyages qui se base sur les rythme du Dancehall. Vous venez explorer, alors il ne suffit que de suivre, de bouger et de laisser le corps trouver son rythme. Le relâchement et la connexion au groupe.

ACT II

A journey based on the rhythms of Dancehall You come to explore, so all you have to do is follow, move, and let your body find its rhythm. Release and connect with the group.

Cours innovateur de danse pré-chorégraphié sur des rythmes du Dance hall, Afro et du Hip Hop.

• Cours qui combine danse et cardio, Les participants peuvent se laisser aller dans le plaisir et le défoulement
• Cardio, Simple, Fun, Constructive

Dizaine de chansons avec la même routine pour le refrain et le couplet. ​Chaque Danse est construite avec beaucoup de musicalité, de créativité et de simplicité pour permettre aux participants de suivre facilement le cours.​

Around 10 songs with the same routine for the chorus and the verse. Each Dance is built with a lot of musicality, creativity and simplicity to make it easy for participants to follow the course.
