Join Sonia as she leads you through a beautiful conscious movement dance meditation utilizing movement, free expression, music, and imagery.
This will be followed by 30 minutes of sound healing by Michelle Alva (Michellealva.com).
Come and express your passion and ignite the fire within your belly that will give you the strength, courage and energy that you need to express your deep desires. You are the prayer, your body, your movement, your breath. When you give your attention, and become your full presence you reconnect to soul Source.
You become the moving prayer in connection to self, other, and divine love. You open to oneness.
About Sonia: Sonia Hankin, LMHC is a passionate, dynamic and authentic facilitator. As a Holistic Psychotherapist, Master Integrative Shadow Coach and Master Body Intuitive Practitioner, she brings all of her knowledge, wisdom, and passion on the dance floor. About Michelle: Sex, Love, and Intimacy Coach Michelle Alva has a 28 year degree-background in physical therapy, hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Time Dynamics®, tantra, integrative yoga therapy, sound healing, Theta Healing, PSCYH-K®, mindfulness-based meditation, belly dance, tantra, and shamanism. She created The ALVA Method (Amplify Love Vibrate Abundance), a mindset-energy -emotional release approach , which is a process of self-discovery that integrates both modern science and ancient wisdom practices to educate and empower individuals on how to reset and calm their nervous system, heal from emotional pain in the body, and elevate one’s energy to experience major healing with minor effort.
