Immerse yourself in the beauty of spring with Journaling with Nature, a guided outdoor experience that blends mindfulness, creativity, and self-reflection. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just beginning your journaling journey, this workshop invites you to explore the natural world in a meaningful way.


? What to Expect:

  • A gentle nature walk designed to heighten your awareness of the environment
  • Thoughtful journaling prompts to help you reflect on textures, sounds, and sensations in nature
  • A relaxed, supportive space to capture your thoughts, observations, and emotions on paper


? No journaling experience needed! All materials—including notebooks, clipboards, and nature-inspired prompts—will be provided.
