You will be provided a topic/question/thought to journal about while Jen creates a beautiful atmosphere with the soothing sounds of her crystal bowls, allowing you to dive deep into your thoughts and feelings. A sharing circle is offered for those who wish to share. The evening concludes with an extended savasana and sound bath.
A safe space to share, hold space and heal through journaling and sound.
