About this Event
The session starts with an opportunity to decorate your own journal and then an open discussion about what journaling means, helping participants understand that there is no right or wrong way to journal. It emphasises that journaling can take many forms, including writing sentences, bullet points, or even drawing.
By the end of the workshop, all attendees will have a basic understanding of what journaling is, why it can be helpful for well-being, and how it can support self-expression and personal development. Most importantly, they will leave with a simple method they can use independently if they choose to continue exploring journaling in their own time.
Delivered in collaboration with Castlehaven Community Association via Aeli Health and New Pathway Narratives CIC.
Lunch and light refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
