Join us for our next Move + Connect event Journal & Matcha, an intimate, 90-minute workshop designed to help you decompress, reflect, and reset. Held at the serene Awaken studio in Holland Park, this session combines the meditative practice of journaling with the calm energy of ceremonial grade matcha and nourishing treats.
The Experience
Whether you are a seasoned diarist or have never picked up a journal before, this afternoon is about carving out space for yourself. We’ll guide you through mindful prompts in a relaxed, supportive environment.

• Guided Journaling: You will learn journalling tips and techniques for intention-setting.
• Matcha: Settle with a cosy cup of beautful matcha.
