Joshua Tree Ecstatic Dance is the Hi Desert’s Monthly Ecstatic dance program, held every first Thursday night of each month from 6-8:30pm at Noble Hall at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center.

The event is guided by Adrienne Saraswati, and has a different live DJ each month!

6pm - Opening Circle
6:30 - Ecstatic Dance
8pm - Closing Circle

This is free form dance, no experience is necessary.
Doors are open to everyone.

•Mindfulness, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Somatic Movement + Dance, and Devotional Musical Arts are some of the modalities Adrienne has specialized in over the years. She began her studies with the art of somatic movement and various forms of dance in Seattle, WA in her early twenties, and has been expanding her studies and practice to include other modalities ever since. Having become a student of Ram Dass toward the end of his life on Maui, Adrienne began her deeper dive into the world of mindfulness and loving awareness which has greatly influenced all of her teachings. Adrienne is also a multidisciplinary artist as well as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, which led to teaching meditation to children for several years in LAUSD elementary schools. Over the last ten years, Adrienne has also developed FlightPath Laboratories, an eclectic mindfulness program, which is now also being offered at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center.
