Manlius… I’m coming in hot.
Old-school trivia meets Josh’s spice table - inside one of the coziest breweries in CNY.
This is pen-and-paper, heads-up trivia.
No phone apps.
No staring at giant TVs.
You will make eye contact with your teammates like it’s 1997.
You will argue confidently.
You will absolutely say something with your whole chest that turns out to be wildly incorrect.
And I will love every second of it.
Here’s how it works:
- One full trivia game
- Five rounds
- Points increase each round
- About 60–75 minutes total
- Teams of all sizes welcome
Every team gets one lifeline: Phone-a-Josh.
Use it once per game. Raise your hand. Pick one question. I’ll come over and give you a one-word clue.
It could help or confuse you.
That’s the thrill.
The stakes:
- $5 per person to play
- 50% of the pot goes to the winning team
- I bake something for the losing team
Yes, you can win real money.
Yes, you can also lose and watch me confidently explain answers afterward like I’m narrating a documentary no one asked for.
I’ll also have my spice blends set up for sale, because trivia is better when you can leave with seasoning and a story.
