JOSH CARTER
Staffordshire-based multi-instrumentalist Josh Carter is the front man of two polar opposite acts - the ambient yet raging alt. rock band CIRCA '94. and the mellow acoustic solo project All Things Sacred. Although the two differ, both share the same core value of writing songs about personal experience and views with catchy melodies to let emotions bare on the stage.
